Brand good times size 16. However, vintage clothing is much smaller than today’s clothing. Measurements are in the pictures. Classic two-piece dress from the 80s. Dark navy almost black and white polkadots. Top has pearlesque buttons with shoulder pads, and a scalloped hem. Skirt has elastic waist hits below the knees.
