Vintage 1980’s Ursula of Switzerland made in USA beautiful open lace top, 3/4 zip front with lining. has shoulder pads which you could cut out. Great top perfect with skirt, pants or for fun look with jeans and boots. Color is a cream or i would call Ecru.
