Vintage 80s The Kollection semi formal flapper style dress black w/ rhinestones

Lovely tiered ruffle bottom on this vintage dress, accented by a bow with rhinestones. Tag size 10. From my own closet, worn a time or two in late 80s/early 90s. Underarm to underarm measures approx 20” across Hips measure approx 19 inches across length measured down the back is approx 41 inches Good pre-owned condition. There is a small discoloration mark at underarm seam, really small and not seen when worn. See last photo. Really a pretty gown, great for a Dynasty look because it has shoulder pads and an elegant look. Also fits a Wednesday Addams or Morticia goth aesthetic.
