Vintage 80s Summer Print Romper White Blue Dress

Vintage 80s Summer Print Romper by SL Petites- Made in USA 55% Acetate, 45% Rayon - Dry clean. Button front with elastic back waist. Has pockets and matching belt. Romper: One piece with SHORTS, not SKIRT bottom. Wide legs. Vintage size 16P may fit modern LP - measures: 20" underarm to underarm with material flat/laid out. As this would not be worn fitted but more blouson 38" bust or less seems appropriate. 13" across waist stretch to 16"- 28-32" waist. 26" across hips. 38" long from shoulder to hem. 7.5" inseam. 17" from shoulder to waist. 21" waist to hem. Flaws: very faint yellowing beside button above waist, this is not eye catching, I noticed it only when measuring the waist. See closeup photo.
