Vintage 80's Strapless Dress, Size 9/10 (sz6)

This strapless dress has brand name is Pumper Nickle California (with a pic of a loaf of bread). The material is 100% polyester, dry clean only, color dark green, pattern of alligator skin. Outside feels almost like felt. The top has four light boning rods, 10 functioning metal buttons down, & 2 belt loops. Skirt has a flounce that is stitched into front seams. A-line style dress with a 6.5 inch slit in the back. Tag says size 9/10, but measurements are: 16 inch bust, 14 inch waist, 18 in hips. Belt not included.
