Vintage 80s Red Plaid Pencil Skirt

Vintage red and black windowpane plaid knee-length pencil skirt. High-waisted with front-pleating, 2 hip pockets, button and zipper closure in back, back kick pleat, and inner lining. Shell is 65% polyester, 35% rayon. Lining is 100% nylon. Vintage size 7/8 but fits like a modern size 4. See measurements for fit. Pictured on size 2/4 mannequin pinned at waist.
