Vintage 80s Red Genuine Leather Slouch Boots Women’s 7.5 Flats, Cuffable NEW

Vintage, Made in Brazil, Genuine Leather Boots, 80's (size 8.5, FITS LIKE A 7.5). I wear a 7.5 and these fit me nicely, but I can't wear flats or I would keep them. There is a small rip in the lining material. These are NEW and UNUSED, with the box (box has some damage), purchased through JCPenney's catalog.
