Has shoulder pads. Belt loops. comes with a matching broken belt Buttons up the front. Scalloped V neck Fabric is a woven polyester blend knit. fabric is soft and slightly stretchy. Pre-owned vintage- Condition Notes beautiful vintage dress. the belt that comes with it is damaged/missing a part of the buckle and has some bends. you can wear another belt with this dress, or repair this one if you are able. the size (10) is on the belt, but there are no tags on the dress indicating size or content/care. dreess has a gear in the lining on the underside of the inside of neck. please see all pictures closely for flaws.
