Vintage 80’s Neil Bieff pastel silk cocktail dress 💫

Neil Bieff silk dress with sequin top and petticoat underskirt. True classic 80’s piece in almost perfect condition. There is a few small marks on skirt side which are not very visible due to fullness / gathering of skirt. * Note this is labeled a 6, but fits more like today’s size 2.
