Vintage 80s Navy Blue Floral Print Pleater Belted Button Up Dress. Very good condition! Dress has a navy blue base color with an all over floral print of blue and White. Dress features in elastic waist and pleated skirt. Puff shoulders with shoulder pads. Silver decorative and functioning button up the front from the waist to the end of the collared neckline. The dress does come with it’s original matching belt. The belt does show some wear on the faux leather interior but it is fabric on the front looks great
