Vintage 80's Metallic Peridot Accordian Pleats Evening Blouse Belt Flower

Vintage 80's shiny metallic accordian pleats fancy evening blouse with a belt and a flower. Blouse is lined. Unbranded No fabric tag No size tag - measures 18" from underarm seam to opposite seam Length is 23" The top/blouse crosses over and secures with hook and eye. A cami will need to be worn underneath as the 'V' is very low or maybe a brooch to close the blouse. The fabric is very lightweight but stiff and keeps it's shape. Fabric is very shiny. I honestly do not know what the fabric is - maybe polyester/taffeta. Ruffled bottom. Condition: The only flaw is that the belt was crudely retrofitted to make it bigger with a piece of elastic and safety pin rather than the hook-and-eye closure. Please view photo of belt. The top is in very good condition with no other issues.
