North Beach Leather was a San Francisco hub in the 80s for all things outrageous, shoulder-padded, brightly colored and fabulous (NBL made clothing for Elton John) — and this relatively restrained mini is no exception! This beauty is made from kid leather, with unique geometric seaming and fully lined in nylon. It is marked as size 9/10. Waist = 28", hips = 34", waist to hem = 16"
