Vintage 80s Jason Maxwell Art To Wear Appliqué Sweater Says L Fits M Short Sleev

This is a vintage piece so it does show some wear. There are some strings obviously hanging out of one arm. They might be able to be trimmed or weaved back into the sweater. There appears to be an appliqué that is stained. Please see pictures for details and measurements. Thanks.
