Black and white polka dots with ruffled bust and lace edged crinoline and mesh underskirt. There is a back zipper and corset stays in the bust as well. Straps appear to have been added later, and have excess material. There are gussets added at the sides of the bust to give more room for your girls. They are well done, and look professional.
