Vintage 80s Datiani Black Velvet Cocktail Midi Dress Lace Trim Size 4 Lined Goth

Datiani Vintage 1980s black velvet boned dress with lace trim bottom. Says size 4, but I typically wear a size 4 and can’t fit it past my hips. Probably more like a size 2. See photos for measurements. No stretch. Back zip closure. Lined. Very very nice quality! No flaws.
