Vintage 1980s Ciao Ltd dress with peplum sweater top and rayon/silk skirt. Bracelet-length balloon sleeves, high neck, embroidered polka dots on sweater. Metal back zip, nubby box pleat skirt with pockets! Fully lined. Some minor pilling and loose threads on embroidery, does not affect wear.
