Vintage 80s Cachet by Bari Protas white and black all over lace dress with lace appliqué. It has a square neckline, tapered waist with lace applique princess line. Structured with shoulder pads and puff sleeves. Back zipper closure, fully lined. The fiber tag is faded but I believe it is polyester and rayon.
