Vintage 80s Bright Yellow Belted Blazer Dress

Vintage 1980s custom made bright yellow blazer dress. This was hand made for the original owner. Has domain sleeves, side pockets and waist belt. Dress is in great condition, there just a small spot on one sleeve and some marks on the belt from the buckle. Would best fit size S/M (6/8). Model is 5'3 size S/M (28in waist).
