Vintage ‘80s Blue & White Pleated Side Button A-Line Midi Skirt

This lovely vintage blue and white skirt features an A-line midi cut, pleating, and buttons along the left side. The color is a beautiful star command blue. Waist measures 14 inches across, length is 28 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. The size tag is a 13 / 14; it fits like a modern U.S. Women’s Small / Medium.
