Vintage 80’s Blue Prom Dress Short Bubble Hem Taffeta Sparkle Sequins Sleeveless

Vintage ILGWU Made fun party or prom dress in beautiful iridescent blue taffeta with spaghetti straps. Fitted bodice with v neck dripping in metallic mermaid blue sequins, back zip closure. Bubble hem poufs out at bottom half completing the 80’s vibe. Length: 28” Chest: 15” Waist: 14” Straps: 6.5” Preowned in GOOD condition. (Possible missing sequins which I don’t find to be noticeable and alterations made inside, please see approx measurements above).
