Vintage 80s Alicia Mint Green Cowl Neck Blouson Midi Dress 6 M

Vintage 80s Alicia mint green cowl neck dress with blouson top, fitted at the wide band waist and releasing to a full skirt. Side zip. Two large patch pockets at the chest. Made in the USA of 100% cotton. This dress is tag size 7/8 however it is featured on my size medium dress form where it fits but it is snug at the waist. Laying flat measures approximately 47.5 inches shoulder to him, 14 inches straight across the waist and 19.5 inches from armpit to armpit. I did my best guess on the waist measurement however if your waist is slightly smaller this dress will fit a little more drop waist than blouson. Very 80s silhouette. There is a stain at the sleeve and a spot that is hidden by the skirt gathers (just below the waist). See the photos. This dress was worn with the sleeves cuffed a couple turns (see photo) so the sleeve stain was not visible but it is there and I need to mention it
