Vintage 80s Alfred Angelo Flirtations Ruffle Mini Dress

The sweetest little early 1980s union-made white & red polyester cotton layered dress with acetate lining. Satin straps. There is some color bleed at the chest, but is mostly hidden under the ruffled neckline when worn. Back zipper closure. Otherwise great vtg condition!
