Has loops on the side for the belt Batwing sleeves Side buttons down one side at the bottom skirt Color is a blue-ish/purple Light shoulder padding 100% rayon This is in good shape but the elastic is worn out in the waist area. A little bit of peeling on the belt in a couple spots. Length 40” Pit-Pit lying flat across 16-17” Under arm area / sleeves have a Flowy fit Waist lying flat across 16” (could be cinched with the belt)
