Possibly handmade! Please note that there is no size so I’m estimating it to be a modern size small based on measurements below and how it fits my dress form! There is no fabric detail tag, and I can’t guarantee it but it seems to me to possibly be a linen/cotton blend because the material is slightly stiffer!
