Vintage 80s / 90s light blue floral semi sheer v-neck sweater. 3/4 sleeves that are open-knit like the front side. Ribbed cuffs and bottom band. Estimated to fit a women's small -- please check measurements below. In GUC with a faint small spot on the front below the neckline and a few on the bottom band & sleeve/cuff that are hardly noticeable. See photos.
