The item in the photos is the exact item that you will receive. Measures approximately 14.25 inches tall from the base to the  top of the bag and 9.5 inches wide at the base.  Drawstring closure. Googly eyes have yellowing due to age. Minor discoloration near the drawstring closure on one side, see photo. Plastic canvas has loose threads on one portion, see photo. No holes.
