Party time! This vintage dress is to die. It doesn't have any tags, but this was an 80s/90s dress design. New Leaf by Samir and Scarlett both had this exact dress. Regardless of the brand it is GORGEOUS!! Ruching all over the dress and down the sleeves. Little bit of puff shoulders. Very small shoulder pads. No size tag. Please check measurements. Approx Measurements: P2P - 17" Waist - 14" Sleeve length - 27" (becomes shorter than that on your arm) Length - 36" The measurements will vary when worn because of the ruching.
