Vintage 80’s 22 inch Soft Sculpture Handmade African American Doll

This is a vintage 80’s handmade soft sculpture doll. I suspect it’s made from the Cabbage Patch Kids Kits but am not sure. The doll is 22 inches tall. She’s in decent shape great shape as you can see in the last pics. The clothes on the doll are vintage 0-6 month old baby clothes but are not in great shape.
