Vintage 70’s/80’s Lucky Winner Cream ruffled high neck cottagecore blouse. M/8

Cream Semi sheer, full button down. Ruffled collar, cuffs, and front placket. Gathered puffed shoulders, straight bottom hem. Missing material tag. I’m guessing it is polyester or possibly rayon it has a soft smooth feel. No size tag but have estimated it a modern size Medium/8 based on measurements and how it fits me. ( I am on the larger side of a size Medium/8 and it fits me very well and not tight) Made in USA. A light snag in the front right chest, but otherwise great condition.
