Are there shoulder pads in this? What is the measurement from shoulder to shoulder (so that I understand if it will fit correctly) ?

@annikar248 I added two pictures with measurements since I get different lengths depending how it’s laying. Hanging it’s showing 16”-17”, but at the widest parts it’s more like 18”.
