Vintage 70s/80s Candy Stripe Balloon Sleeve A-line Shift Dress Size Small

Vintage late 70s/early 80s minimalist style A-line shift dress in a maximalist mini candy stripe. Below knee length dress has high rounded collar with side button detail, puff shoulders, and button cuffs at 3/4 sleeves. Dress has a couple of nicks in the fabric like the one in the last photo but is otherwise in excellent condition. No damage or vintage odors. Fabric is bright and holds up well. No size tag. This looks like it would best fit a small, or a tight medium, but please use measurements to ensure fit. 19” ptp 24” across hem 40” long
