Vintage 70s short sleeve striped a-line dress with matching jacket size S

Vintage 70s short sleeve a-line dress with matching jacket. Brand is D Lang. No material or size tag but fits S imo, see measurements. The stripes material feels like a knit poly, and the teal skirt feels more like a shiny poly. Great condition. In 4th pic see a small hole at the seam on the left shoulder. Since it's on the seam, likely an easy mend, but I don't think it would be noticeable when worn, either.
