Vintage 70s quirky anchor polka dot print sailor maxi dress open back dress sz M

This adorable 70s dress has a great print & unique features made by Jack Hartley Inc. This primary blue has cute little polka dots & anchors - the material has some stretch to it & is soft, silky & won't easily crinkle.  The back band has elastic [not dry or experiencing any loss of stretch] as well as the dress back hem & the straps are strechy as well. The front has padded cups for coverage. The backs open with a little clasp - the clasp is acrylic & easy to connect. The dress pulls over to wear and has straps like a bra would that hide or peek out from beneath the little cape. Adding to the sailing design, there's a cute little cape that hangs over the back - it allows you to have a fun feature with some coverage & mimicks that of a sailor uniform. A single slit that runs up the left leg side to assure ease of movement.
