Vintage 70s navy floral button-up blouse, sheer

This is a vintage navy floral button-up shirt in excellent condition. Slightly sheer. (See photo with hand.) No material description on tag but my guess is this is a synthetic fabric. It has a little stretch. Lady Arrow brand. No size. Measurements, laid flat: Bust: 16.5” Waist: 15” Shoulder to hem: 23” Long sleeves, 21.5” with button at bottom Collar tips are 4” at widest.
