Vintage jacket by Perceptions New York. Jacket was part of a 3 piece outfit. Size 6, padded shoulders. Handwash, line dry. 95% polyester 5% spandex. Jacket is black & white with small clear squares throughout making the white look off white, almost beige. Small squares also make the jacket look shiny almost like plastic. Scrunched short sleeves.
