Vintage 70s Wrap Dress

Vintage wrap dress - this is gorgeous 😍. Tulip sleeves and plunging neckline. Brand is California Tall Girls and they mean it - I'm not exactly short at 5'5" and it's too long for sure. I'm a size medium, 34 B, and this needs to be on someone with a larger bust. Waist measures about 14" but it's adjustable bc it's a wrap. Skirt is 45.5" long at very back (longest point). There is a couple holes at the bottom hem in the back of the skirt from what looks like a burn (?) See last picture.
