Vintage 70s William Loop Varsity Leather Jacket Sz 38 St. Joe Champs

This authentic 1970s Williams Loop varsity jacket is a rare piece of school and sports history. Made in the USA from heavy purple wool with genuine gold leather sleeves, it features embroidered details (“Mike” on front, “St. Joseph’s” on back) and a championship patch reading “Small School Champs St. Joe ’72 Suppl. Div.” The jacket has button closures, striped ribbed cuffs/waist, and quilted lining. There is notable wear to the inner lining (see photos), consistent with age and authentic vintage use. Despite this, the exterior leather and wool remain strong with great patina. A true collector’s piece for varsity, football, or Americana enthusiasts.
