This is an awesome picture from the 70s . Has a wood frame it was handmade in Taiwan the Republic of China it says . This is the art of batik It is a type of artwork handmade, and it is named the Confucius Wagon. The size is 18 inches by 33. Know nothing else about it been hanging in my home for awhile passed on to me for my family.
