White maxi dress with an a line silhouette and attached matching cloth belt. Black and white checked ruffles down bust and at hem, with panels of black and white flower down the front as well. Back has button straps and a zip closure. No Stretch, and no pockets. Small yellow dot on bust, see last pic.
