Vintage 70’s Sterling/Gold Plate Band Pink Teardrop Ring Size 9 Slightly over a 9, almost 9.5 Estate sale find. Not sure of the stone Top of ring is sterling silver. The heart band that the stone sits on is gold plated, as is the band. There are slight imperfections as should be for its age.
