Super luxe cotton velvet wrap skirt vintage 1960's or 1970's by SAX FIFTH AVENUE. Skirt has an awesome Asian floral with beautiful birds on a black background. Sky blue velvet lines the waist & vertical wrap seam. Skirt closes with metal hooks/latches; two large decorative velvet-covered buttons. Fully lined in nylon/acetate. Excellent vintage condition; a bit of liner discoloration. Very high quality construction and lovely unusual fabric make this skirt very unique. Vintage size 10; estimate size X-SMALL.
