Vintage 70s Red Ruffle Dress Western / Prairie / Folklore Rue Rodeo

Beautiful red maxi dress with ruffle detail and adjustable ruching at the bottom. Can be worn off the shoulder. 3 strings attached at the side to be used as a belt. Excellent condition! - Elastic doesn’t have much stretch to it anymore but doesn’t feel dry rotted. 65% cotton and 35% polyester. Marked a size small but is definitely closer to Extra Large - please see measurements for more accurate sizing.
