Vintage 70’s Ray-Ban

These are an original pair of 1970s Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses. These are the rare Amber-Matic all weather sunglasses. These are Amber in color and will change color depending on the weather outside. The frames are all metal with either 10k or 12k gold fill. These lenses are real glass! They don’t make them like this anymore! A quick search online and you will find these glasses are going for $400-$700. These come with the original vintage Amber-Matic case. This pair does have a few flaws, including some small scratches on the glass lenses. Both of the plastic Ear hooks have also broken with age. I have included some of the pieces that have broken off that I have kept. I am fairly certain you can find replacement, ear hook covers, and even though the lenses in my opinion aren’t badly scratched, they may be fixable due to them being actual glass. As you can see in the photos, they are still very wearable as is. I cannot read the size on the metal, but I have a very small face and head and believe these would work best for a female or someone with a more petite face. Either way These glasses are collectible and are very rare and highly sought after.
