100% Polyester Approximate measurements laying flat: Bust: 15" Empire Waist: 12.5" Hips: Full Length: 49" (bust peak to hem) Thin shoulder straps, fitted bodice, ruffled trim around top of bodice that extends to elasticized straps that can be worn off the shoulder, long full skirt, back center zipper closure. Bodice and skirt are lined with taffeta. Skirt has a tulle layer under the taffeta to provide fullness and shape.
