This is a true vintage custom made top by "Mr Fine" in Dallas Texas. You can see that it was not factory made by the seams and details. Local tailors and dress shops often made one of a kind pieces at this time. Fabric is quality polyester in a flower polka dot style pattern on a bright red background.
