Vintage 70s Navy and White Polka Dot Day Dress

Vintage 70s cute navy blue and white polka dot day dress. V neck with piping trim, cap sleeves and elastic waist. No closures, pulls on over head. Fabric- Poly jersey. Navy blue, white. Fits like- A small to medium, please see measurements. Condition- Very good vintage, some light fading to the polka dots under the arms, also someone added a few stitches to the bottom of the v-neck (easily removed). Measurements: Bust- 38-40" Shoulder to waist- 17" Waist- 24-42"
