Bright green poly knit fabric with adorable patchwork flowers on the bottom. Wrap dress Comes with belt Has hook/eye closure on inside (that is loose as shown in photo) and on the opposite outside end. Pre-owned vintage in great condition with no flaws found. No size tag but would fit size small best. Measures approximately 57" long from shoulder to hem, 17' pit to pit, 13" across the waist, 15 1/2" across the hips.
