Vintage 70s Multicolor Rainbow Patchwork Pilgrim Collar Twofer Belted Maxi Dress

Excellent gently used vintage condition. Tag size 12, but there’s just no way. Runs way smaller. My mannequin is a size small (size 4) and it fits perfectly, so listing as a small. Could go up to a modern day 6 in my opinion. Built on tie belt. Twofer faux undershirt style.
