Vintage size 10 Jacket chest 20” length 25” Skirt waist 28” length 28” The skirt has slit pockets and the jacket has shoulder pads. Vintage preowned condition. There is an area of red pen marks along the neck at the left side and bottom back by the belt feed. Which does not look like it has been treated.
