Vintage 70s Lightweight Tan and Cream Patterned Dress Size M

This dress is such a cute vintage piece! And one of a kind! It has no brand or size label. I’d say it’s a small or medium. It’s lightweight and unlined, likely polyester. It has decorative buttons at each shoulder and a metal zipper up the back. A line fit, in great condition and no visible flaws. One belt loop is not connected. Also small button at back closure appears to be missing. Colors are tan and cream Flat measurements: 18 inches - chest 15 inches - shoulder to waist 22.5 inches - waist to bottom 15 inches - waist (waist is NOT elastic)
